Wordless Wednesday: Regrowing Backbone

The willow arbor gets a serious makeover.
Where’s the fire? Smoke tree, Cotinus, with Lychnis coronaria.
Centaurea montana.
Yucca filamentosa.
Still working on the backbone of the garden.

  1. Beautiful picture of your already blooming Yucca. Your Cotinus looks gorgeous, especially with the Lychnis coronaria. Than I see the yellow Stylophorum, made just a post about yellows and oranges but did not mention the Stylophorum. Somebody gave me that plant long ago and now I have too many, they are everywhere and I hate them, haha.

  2. Your photos depict a beautiful garden, even if the gardener has been laid up to recover. I love the smokey smoke bush. Why doesn't mine look that nice? And the blooming yucca is the piece de resistance! Take care.
